A Framework for Career Planning

In my article on A Framework on the Work of a Leader, I wrote that the work of a leader includes LEADING PEOPLE (in which a leader will need to know the team, develop the team members and shape the team culture). An important part of LEADING PEOPLE is to have constructive and meaningful conversations with your team member on his/her professional and career development.
